Return :-1 - The customer has the right to return within 3 days from the date of receiving the order. 2 - The product must be in its original condition and not used, worn, or have the original price tags and size tags removed. 3 - In case the customer returns the product without any manufacturing defects, shipping fees will be deducted. 4 - The product value will be refunded to the customer according to the payment method within 48 hours of receiving the order. Exchange :-1 - The customer has the right to exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. 2 - The product must be in its original condition and not used, worn, or have the original price tags and size tags removed. 3 - In case the customer exchanges the product without any manufacturing defects, shipping fees will be deducted. The product will be returned and exchanged in case of manufacturing defects or if a wrong product was received, with the store bearing the cost of return shipping and replacement. Innerwear and accessories are not eligible for exchange or return. Important note: Once the exchange or return request is submitted, coordination will be made with the shipping company to collect the product from you. Please note that the delivery time from your side may take from 1 to 10 working days, depending on the shipping company's schedule and the area. This time frame is beyond our control, but we follow up with you to ensure the process is completed as quickly as possible.
